It is unclickable of course and the only thing you can do is to kill DualMonitor from Task Manager and restart it. The toolbar appears to be visible and have a 1-pixel height. I have noticed this happening when i open Remote Desktop (full screen) in the secondary monitor. Noticed this behivior under Windows 7 though.

Hi I have the same question, there was for a moment a tray Icon, but it is gone and now there is no access to configuration.
